Items must be current and in excellent, clean, and odor free condition with no signs of wear and no damage such as pilling, tears, holes, missing buttons, dysfunctional zippers, and stains. Make sure you have scrutinized each item as though YOU were going to buy it.

Every item will be checked in during drop off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening very closely so as to maintain the upscale quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best at My Kidz Stuff.  Please see lists below for further explanations of acceptable/unacceptable items.

Consignor ensure that they are not consigning any recalled items and ensure that items meet the standard lead limits and phthalates standards. It is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards. You will certify that items you bring to the sale have not been recalled and meet safety guidelines when you sign your Consignor Agreement. If you are dropping items off for someone else please bring their signed Consignor Agreement with you.


  • Children's clothing GIRLS sizes preemie-16 and BOYS size preemie-20. Must be applicable to upcoming season and manufactured in the last 3 years. Sizes Small-XL accepted only if brand and style are for children.
  • Children's shoes only -no adult shoes please. Also please limit to no more than 10 pair per consignor.
  • Jeans, pants, short and long sleeves accepted at BOTH sales .
  • Halloween costumes accepted at FALL sale.
  • Dancewear accepted at any sale.
  • NOTE: We do not accept fleece sleepers or pajamas unless they are new because the fabric often pills after washing. We do not accept underwear, socks, or tights unless they are part of an outfit. 
  • Maternity clothes if manufactured in last 3 years.

Toys, Books, Games, Videos

  • Must be in working condition and include all pieces
  • Batteries must be included.
  • Stuffed animals accepted only if they do something...move, make noise etc.
  • Videos in original case only
  • No R-rated videos

Infant and Child Accessories

  • Feeding supplies, diaper bags, blankets, etc. We do not accept breast pumps or nursing bras. We do not accept used nipples, used pacifiers, used teethers, used sippy cups, used plastic spoons (new only)
  • Nursery needs: cloth diapers, diaper pails, potty chairs, bath seats, guardrails, etc.
  • Hats, gloves, hairbows, belts, etc.

Bedding and Décor

  • Comforters, blankets, bumpers, sheets, pillows, etc.
  • Picture frames, mobiles, rugs, lamps, etc.—must be child oriented

Equipment and Furniture

  • Strollers, walkers, high-chairs, exersaucers, bikes, playground equipment, etc.
  • We will accept car seats if there is no recall
    listed on them and not broken in any way.
  • Toddler beds, bassinets, changing tables, dressers. Because of recalls, we do not accept any any cribs.
  • Equipment must be clean or it will not be accepted.
  • Attach any accompanying items securely.
  • Broken equipment or items with any missing pieces (stroller trays etc.) is not acceptable.

Occasionally, due to an oversight at check in, we find items on the sales floor that do not meet these standards. My Kidz Stuff reserves the right to remove these items and leave them unsorted at sale end.


It can be rather expensive to clothe your children in the finest labels, especially when they outgrow them so fast. However your child's boutique clothing probably still has a great deal of value, so consigning with My Kidz Stuff  is a great way to earn a return on your investment. We operate the sale over  2 days, giving you the opportunity to discount your items half-price on the last day.

Consigning Instructions:

REGISTER: Register on our website. Login using your Consignor number and Password. (Your password is the last 4 digits of your telephone # ). Be sure to include your email information, since that is primarily how we keep in touch with you.

  • WHAT TO SELL: Review the list of acceptable and unacceptable items. 

    PRESENTATION MATTERS! Place clothes on hangers with the hook facing to the left (like a question mark). Tie the bows, fasten buttons and snaps and close the zippers. Check for missing buttons, snaps, loose hems, broken zippers, etc. and remove stains. We do not accept items with stains or imperfections. Launder clothing and iron or dry clean. Please do not bring your clothing wrinkled!

  • PRICING: Price in whole dollar increments only. $2.00 minimum price.   Determine a FAIR price for each item. Consider what you paid originally and discount it 1/2 to 1/4 based on the current condition of the item. Also, consider marking your item to go half-price on Saturday. If your item is priced right, it should sell right away. If it's still there Saturday, chances are it's overpriced. Items that show minor wash wear or aren't crisp sell best at 1/4 of the original purchase price.

  • SIZING: If the item is labeled as a size range (3-6m) or non-numerical (S/M/L), or if the item runs large or small for its labeled size, use your best judgment to indicate the proper size.

  • SHOES: Lock pairs of shoes together using a cable tie and/or leave in original box and use one tag for each pair of shoes.  Please limit to 10 pair per consignor.

  •  TAGS:  Click on the link on the right side of this page to start tagging your items.  Use white or very light colored cardstock only.  Attach the tag to the garment at the RIGHT SIDE (the opposite end of the bar code) so it doesn't get ripped during purchasing.

  • PRE-SORT: Sort your clothing by size & gender for easier drop-off. 

  • DROP-OFF: During or after your appointed Drop-off time, My Kidz Stuff will inspect the clothing and accept items that meet our specifications.   We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel doesn’t meet our criteria and either return it to you immediately or pull it from the sales floor. BRING YOUR CONSIGNOR INVENTORY REPORT on regular white copy paper.

  • PAYMENT: Earnings are tallied as 70% of the selling price on each item sold. We will issue a check to you for the amount, less a $10.00 consignor fee to cover advertising, within two weeks of the sale close date.

  • My Kidz Stuff can not be responsible for items that are incorrectly tagged by the Consignor.
